Jeeves.co.in - Not responding to inwarranty repair

A POCO mobile phone was bought from Flipkart with Jeeves protection for any damage. I filed for liquid-damage on November *, **** which was cancelled without verification on Nov.*, ****. Then I registered again on Dec.*, **** after confrontation and they took up the complaint and accepted for repair after verifying all the documents and the condition of the phone. Then on Dec.*, **** they asked to pay a nonrefundable deductible of Rs.**** via an SMS. But I havent got the SMS and complained about the SMS on Dec.** which still goes on till date Dec.**, **** - and still I am waiting for my payment link and also for repairing my phone. There is a technical glitch in Jeeves system, as explained by Ms.Gowshika of Jeeves, that I am not getting the SMS and there is NO way to pay the deductible or to get my phone to be repaired. This has caused so much anxiety and frustration that I am not able to concentrate on my work and without a phone till date.
