I am a user of Samsung products. I am using Samsung phones from last many years. But this time I have a very pathetic experience with Samsung. I own a Samsung galaxy note * which I purchased * months ago. Some problem was occurring on the phone so I deposited the phone in Samsung service centre sector ** Gurgaon (Haryana). They repair my phone but after some days the phone was not working and dead then I deposited my phone again in service centre Sector ** Gurgaon (Haryana) and they check my phone and said phone PBA burnt from inside * corners. And it won't cover under warranty but if there is any technical issue what is the customer fault. I am using Samsung original charger also check service centre I spent ***** on my phone. My phone is under warranty I want it to get a repair under warranty. I won't pay for it. Fortunately, it was not in my hands or on my ear when it gets burnt. Anything would have happened if I die then what will you do. Repair my phone in warranty I will not pay even a single rupee for it.

Already I send many emails to Samsung directors and Samsung team but still ** days to go all people said the phone is not under warranty. Why the phone is not covered in the warranty. They all are making fool to me. Request you to please lodge a complaint against Samsung and provide me with a new phone or either my phone give in working condition or either my money back, I will give you all the details of the company and email ids
