I have booked jio air fiber connection on ** July through jio app (mobile no. **********) and i payed ****.** rupees for advance booking and installation schedule on ** July afternoon. But, a representative from jio airfiber contacted to me and conveyed that your location is not suitable for Jio air fiber connection. however, refund not received till date.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
