Jeeves.co.in - Not Refunding

I bought a Tv from flipkart and took extended warranty from flipkart's partner Jeeves. Not some days back I faced some issue in my Tv, then contacted jeeves to repair that, after some days they told me that we can not repair Tv du to unavailability of part(e.g Panel which was defected). Then got a mail for refund in which they have mentioned that "Post defective pick up, the post depreciation final value refund amount will be credited to your shared bank details within * to * business working days." My tv was picked up by them on **th Oct ****, since then I just got time to wait for the next day to get refund whenever I called jeeves customer service. It's more than the given TAT by them.
