Sudhakaran Mullath filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Sep 26, 2018
I had decided to discontinue the Videocon d*h with effect from July *st as the their monthly charges are quite high compared to their competitors.
Before discontinuing i have confirmed the same with their customer care and they said, full refund of the remaining amount will be credit back to my account. Upon the discussion with the customer care, i decided to discontinue and they have disconnected the service from July *st ****.
The remaining amount in my account is ****.** which i havent received from them.
I have followed up with customer care, they said they have discussed with the billing team. I had followed up with them several times, but i get the same answer.
Then I decided to take it up with nodal office and sent several reminders, there was no response from their end.
I also checked their website to get the nodal officer number, but the number they had mentioned was a personal number of an ex-employee who had left the their organization * months before.
I also tried their landline number, but there was no response.
Finally last week, I got someone on the landline her name is Kavya, who promised me to send a response but she hasnt done it.
today also, i tried several times, finally i got the same lady,.. she said, she had forwarded my request to the billing team and awaiting a response.
Summary is, this is going on for quite some time without any help from the d*h customer care.
Request your intervention and take this up and make them compensate the remaining amount and the pain i have gone through for the last * months.
