i have ordered for kitchen item(prestige ppbp-** barbeque) from paytm mall on * oct **** .The package is due to be shipped on * oct ****. and to be delivered by ** oct **** but even after ** oct **** the package is not shipped from the seller.I have tried contacting the support center but unfortunately no one is bothered about even acknowledging the issue also tried calling the seller that too in vein as nobody picked up the phone.so i have to cancel the order on ** OCT **** and they(paytm) is not processing my refund .and nobody from the customer care is replying on the issues created.
