SUJIT BHOSALE filed complaint against Cleartrip on Apr 13, 2021
Dear Si/Madam,
FOR PNR number QK*CIO, O***V*, UA*N*A,
I cancelled the tickets on * feb **** because flight rescheduled by airvistara airline. As per cleartrip policy i requested full refund amount. But i didn't received full refund from cleartrip. They told me to wait for ** working days, after ** days i contacted to airvistara airline and they said they refunded full amount to cleartrip against all three PNR's then they emailed me written confirmation of full refund. but whenever i called cleartrip customer care they are always giving me ** hrs and ** hrs. but they are not resolved my problem. then i did conference call between cleartrip and airvistara.. on that call airvistara executive SHAREEL confirmed to Cleartrip executive NAMRATA, that they refunded full amount to cleartrip as per vendor note line no.*. as i requested to cleartrip that i want to talk with seniors or manager, they told me we will arrange call with manager within ** hrs. but they dont call me.
