I have opted for a full cancellation refund while booking my ticket. My journey was on August ** and I have cancelled the ticket on August **. After the cancellation I received an tax invoice from makemytrip of my refund and was awaiting for the payment . As no payment was received I have raised a complaint on September *th and after continuous calls today they have intimated that I will not get any amount . I am attaching the tax invoice sent to me
