I have purchased royal Enfield escapade cheque helmet in store.royalenfield.com e-commerce platform with order id :- *********** on **th May ****. I have cancelled the product on same day I haven't received any mail regarding acknowledgement of the cancellation and even there is no status of cancellation in the site. I have called the customer care they said to wait for *-** working days to get refund. After ** days I have called them as I didn't receive any refund. They said to wait for ** hours so I have waited for next ** hours but still there is no refund the same thing happened for *-* times I have waited for them hoping for a refund. Today I have again called them they have said that my refund is not even processed and I am not receiving any proper responses from them regarding my order. There is no complaint no. Or anything from them. I need help from you on this.Even today they are not ready to listen to my concerns and they have just ended my call saying thank you while I am speaking.
