Vishal Singh filed complaint against Cleartrip on Dec 30, 2020
I booked my Air India flight ( Trip ID -************) from cleartrip portal on ** March **** and the travel date was **th March **** from HYD to RDP. But the flight got cancelled due to non operational on pandemic situations. So in this scenario I have the right to received my refund back. But after n numbers of follow up with CLEARTRIP , they always stated the below stmt
“ This is in regards to you're trip for Hyderabad - Durgapur one-way (Trip ID: ************)
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
This is to inform you that we highlighted your case to our concerned team for getting the detail .I understand that there has been a delay in getting this resolved. I also know this must be extremely displeasing.
This is to keep you updated that we will update you soon once we get a revert form the concern team .We will really appreciate if you allow us next ** working hour's to give an update.
Now it’s almost a year but still I haven’t received my money.
Please help me out, need your support here and guidance. Thanks
