I have purchased a Samson refrigerator from Raj Electronics, Satighat, Bankura, West Bengal on *st September, ****. Model of the refrigerator is Rr**n***yb* Samson refrigerator ***f*pak******z. Since after purchasing this model refrigerator frequently gone non-cooling mode. Last out of order was two times in July, **** (service order number ********** and **********). As per warrantee condition, I will get free service up to *st September, ****. In earlier occasions, the company gave free services. But this time they are not agreed to provide free service and demanding Rs ****/- (rupees two thousand four hundred seventy only) for repairing and parts replacement. But they did not mention it by email officially. On *rd August, **** Local service office of Samsung in Bankura informed me about the above service charge. When I remind them about free service of the product they advised to contact with their head office ON LINE for getting free service.
I have very bitter experience about the product of Samsong due to frequent going out of order. I need money return back of Rs. **,***/-. Expecting proper justice from the consumers’ forum.
