Jio air fiber - Not Provided set up box after Installation

Jio Air Fiber Sales person sold *** mbps plan with the deal of ***** including jio wifi router, * set up box. I made online payment of Rs *****/-. Installation team was different than sales person. After installation, they provide router and one set up box only. Then i told them about the deal i made with sales person of * set up boxes. Then installation team team told me to contact sales person but the sales person stopped receiving my call. I didn't give installation team installation completion code because they sold me plan giving wrong information to me. I tried to talk in customer care many times. I made a complaint also but no response received from Jio Fiber. I am still waiting for their response from last * days..
