Make my trip - Not got the refund

I had booked Air India flight from Mumbai to Srinagar through Make my trip for travel date **/**th of May ****. I had booked * tickets for my families travel. Due to pandemic, the flights got cancelled.
I could get two tickets belonging to my aged parents rebooked for their travel to Cochin on **th June. For that too I had to do lot of follow-ups. Post that I have been following up for refund of balance * passengers tickets.
Again after lots of follow-ups and running between MMT and airlines, I finally got refund for * passengers, that too with lot of deductions.
I have been following up for the refund of balance * passengers for the last *months but not getting any revert. I have even checked with airlines, and they can't process unless travel agent raises refund request.
Iam tired of writing mails and following up with MMT.
Need your help to get the refund processed at the earliest and compensation for the running around and harrasment done by MMT.
