On ** April I booked a car from a zoomcar Maruti Swift the host messages me that the car is not available so zoomcar gave me the other option to choose another car I selected the white tata Tiago
I called the host and asked about the car he said I will check and he hang up the call after that the host phone was off
On ** April I woke up and got the location of the car on zoomcar app so I reached there but there was no white tata Tiago nearby by
I searched it everywhere called customer support but they were also not able to connect with the host not and saying that these is the exact location of the car there must the car after *hr I got the car *** to *** meters away from the location I tried to unlock it but zoomcar was asking for some * digit OTP from the host then I tried to find the host after asking around I got to know where he lives I reached there asked for the OTP and keys but he refused that I can't give you my car talking with me rudely so I checked zoomcar now to find me a car nearby but there was no car available at all so I requested for a refund from the zoomcar aap
Then I saw that they have applied all the charge on me however I have not started the trip
I didn't get the car
I choose the option that host denied to provide me a car
Still no one was helping me with this I didn't get the single rupee refund
Why ??
From doing all of this I should get my refund please work on zoomcar
It's totally a fraud now
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
