I recently purchased silver rose gold heart anklet from GIVA on ** august **** and the product got delivered to me on ** august **** Order id #GI********** and I wanted to claim warranty on **th October **** as product was under warranty for * months after they send their courier shadowfax and picked up the product on * Nov **** now no replacement not any refund has been issued today date ** November and right now for * days my complaint is still being processed and when I am calling their customer number they are saying you will get notified in ** hours and resolution will be provided ...I am helpless ...i really need help now and in their support page they say no warranty request is showing ...I have all proofs ..of shipment pickup and all screenshots ...

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
