Giva jewellery - Refund not given for cancelled order

I have order some jewellery of ****. But due to some reason i cancelled. The item reached to source and even after that ** days passed, still refund is not given.
Every time they open ticket and close saying it will take *-** working days. This is very frustrating and ridiculous.
