Giva jewellery - Not taking product back

I purchased a gold jwellery through GIVA, while purchasing it was showing that it comes under ** days return policy. but now there is no option to place return and then i have requested to take the item back to customer suport atleast *-* times. but everytime they say you will get the resolution with in * days.
