I got a product from GIVA, in August and within a period of * month the jwellery started to tarnish. I thought maybe this piece would've been damaged so i lutere had to replace the product within * months of delivery and j expected the replacement product to be a better quality but again within a period of * month it started tarnishing. I don't have that time to replace the product every * months for the platting issue. The kind of advertising they do , the quality of any product is the bare minimum they should be giving to the customer as also the prices they have are also on the higher end.now they're saying we can replace but every * months I cannot keep doing that
