I ordered a ring from giva and it did not fit so I placew for return but my order did not get picked up for a long time and now they are asking me to self ship the order to some address or visit their store. I don’t have a store nearby neither I have time to self ship the order due to work constraints. Their customer service is also very pathetic as they are not available most of the time or just keep repeating the same statement again and again. I did not understand why they are delivering the orders if they are unable to pick it up from the same location. They should shut down their online stores if they are unable to provide these basic services.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
