Jeeves.co.in - Not giving the MI TV extended warranty service from Jeeves

I bought MI TV ** inches from flip-kart with extended warranty.
On Jan-**-**** observed that horizontal pink line on the screen.
From that day am trying to reach the Jeeves tech team to solve the issue.
They are not addressing the issue.
