Paytm Mall - Not giving return option for the faulty products

I have purchased dresses from Paytm Mall. They gave me faulty dresses out of ** dresses * were having an issue. Size issue, faulty stitching, damages and one were used dress. When we wanted to return those they denied the return option. There is no proper response from paytm customer support. Very poor and rude reply if we call them. I had a bad experience with them receiving expired bad products. Almost a week now. Order no's are **********, **********.
