Actually I have purchased Realme* mobile through online amazon.com *months before i.e in June **** accidentally it fallen down and display screen broken then I contacted customer care through mail and call conversation and said the fact but they told me as per companies terms and conditions accidental damage is out of warranty and I bear to pay full price I.e Rs *,***/- which is half the mobile price and even I have not received warranty card also.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
