Lakshmijai filed complaint against Colive Garnet Hyderabad on Mar 27, 2021
When we are joining as residents to this colive garnet in Hyderabad in the month of october they said the deposit amount will be completely refundable but after vacating the stay in the month of feb, now they are deducting **** as separation charges for E-bill something for that also we agreed and ****/- should be refunded after deducting **** but it's showing *** only as refundable amount for that there is no proper explanation, for the month of January we paid the rent for one day late as they don't accept cash payment we had a cash in hand but as didn't accept cash we had to deposit in bank and pay online during our office times for one day late payment they deducted almost ****/- as late paymet fee which almost equal to ** days of our month rent and they charge commercial E-bill charges for residents where hardly there is one fan,geyser,light and electric stove in * sharing room they will charge around *** to **** /- per head which will be not explained during the joining that also they deducted and they will be no proper response from customer support there is no proper person to contact regarding issues please look into the issue and help us
