We went to watch Maidan movie and asked for two classic tickets. But was not given stating that they have no right to book classic tickets and they are successively partially opened and booked online only. Can't be booked on counter. Which is false. I checked online also, Classic tickets were not open to book. And ultimately I was forced to buy prime tickets. The guy on ticket counter was Mr. Barath, Manager was Mr. Sudhir and with him Mr Rajiv was there.
I asked but they told no where it's written that ticket counter can't book classic tickets and customer forced to buy prime tickets, and i can share feedback via email.
i sent email also on **.**.****. in reply, they asked my phone number to contact. i gave. but then they never called or replied my email even after sending emails more than ** rimes.
