Jeeves Complete Protection - Not getting the replacement of my TV under Complete Protection plan

I had raised a claim on **-Oct-** for a display issue in my Hi-Sense ** inch smart TV for which I had taken * years complete Protection plan from Jeeves at the time of purchase (**-Feb-**). Now it's been more than ** days and I am not getting any appropriate response from Jeeves. I have written multiple emails to them but they are not giving any resolution. As per the policy terms, they have to refund ***% invoice amount of product if they fail to repair/replace the product.
