While installing my one plus TV. Jeeves agent asked me to purchase * year complete protection warranty. Post paying the amount, i asked for warranty documents and they are not responding after sending multiple reminder emails.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
