Jeeves Complete Protection - Delay in service of product which is under warranty period by part JEEVES FLIPKART

I have complain about the issue of my Thomson TV ** inchs on Flipkart on **/**/**** for horizontal blurr lines visible on screen & screen got discolored. Flipkart told to contact Jeeves & next day **/**/**** technician visited & told about the problem which is replacement of panal & he told us he send all the photos & videos to high authoritaties & they will work on it , from then it was only me who contact FLIPKART & JEEVES so frequently because they are deaf & unable to pay service or they want to delay the process or ignore customer. I have all the mail's record with Flipkart. Also I have complain about the same on INGRAM (NATIONAL CONSUMER HELPLINE) BUT I GOT NO HELP there also Flipkart FLIP & I GOT NO HELP REGARDING MY PRODUCT.
