I purchased a VU TV from Flipkart with * years extended Jeeves warranty. Recently, after an year of usage, the TV stopped switching ON. I raised a complaint with Jeeves on **th Sep, **** and a engineer visited on **thh Sep, **** He told me that within ** days the defective motherboard will be replaced. I have been following up with Jeeves since **th Sep, **** and they say to wait to ** days as the issue is still in part pending status. I purchased complete protection plan with an assurent that my problem will solved in ** days max but issue is still not resolved. Even raised an issue with Flipkart, they are also not helping. Jeeves are such a fraud and Flipkart is supporting it
