Jeeves Complete Protection - My washing machine water leakage problem till not solved

* years back i have purchased a LG washing machine and now the washing machine has a water leakage problem and i have taken * years full body insurance in which * year is left so i have registered a complaint on JEEVES on *th of December **** and on *th of December * technician came who has inspected my LG front load washing machine , they said the dispenser box of the washing machine is broken so they told in a coming * days they will repair it but it has been more than ** days they have not given us any type of response. I have mailed to JEEVES and I got a response and it was written that in a * working days they will resolve our problem . Till today ** December **** i haven't got any solution for my washing machine
