Byjus - Not getting refund for cancelled order even after 2 months

I paid INR ***** to byjus.com on *th May ****.

On *th May ****, this order has been canceled as I got a better offer from another academic counselor from Byju's. I again paid INR ***** for the same course as it was said that the previous order will be canceled and I will get the refund within *-** days. Then they asked me for the bank details for the refund as they can not refund through the same payment gateway that I paid through.

After doing several chases I received one call from Sr. Manager, Cancellation dept and she finally said on **th June ****, that all have been resolved and I will positively get the refund by **-** days. After that every day I called their support team as they do not provide the direct number to the cancellation dept, sent several emails to the support team, and the cancellation team, but no response from them. It's been * months since I canceled the duplicate order and still, I did not receive the refund.

I need your help to get my refund. For the same course, they took double payments from me and did not return the money for the canceled one.

Please help.
