I have booked ticket from cleartrip for * person some reason i have cancelled * ticket but from cleartrip end they cancelled whole ticket for all * person.
Now they accept mistake also and they send me email about full refund of person whose ticket is cancelled by their end
Now almost * days gone and regularly i am talking with cleartrip customer care support number for * to * hrs but nothing reply they providing
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
