Byjus: The biggest fraud
The salesman of byjus said that i won a sponsorship programme and so i registered with an initial payment of ****/- ,then he started asking me details for emi for which I wasn't sure of rendering such information to someone....so i cancelled my registration within two hours. I sent an email to them and called up too to confirm my cancellation....at first they agreed and assured that i would get the refund of my money but now they denying that they have my order.
Its a scam and I got tricked into it and lost my money. Please help me to get my refund.
P.s. - their cancellation policy says to refund the money within **hours and I have informed of the cancellation within * hours and yet not received my refund. Please do help.
I have all the necessary documents of the transaction.
