Prabhu Saraswat filed complaint against RELIANCE DIGITAL on Apr 22, 2022
I ordered a daikin Ac on **th April vide order number RDF******** on Reliance Digital. Promised delivery was next day, however, it is not being delivered till today.
I am calling their customer care daily & getting absolutely worst responses, they are not able to tell any estimated date of delivery, neither they know the whereabouts of product.
Even the escalation to their CS head & CEO has gone in vain, as evident in attachments.
This AC was purchased for my mother, who is old & not in good health. She is suffering in scorching heat of Gurugram, while reliance executives are enjoying in AC offices without an ear to consumer issues.
