Dear Sir,
i have purchased Aquaguard RO+UV machine from eureka forbes and put AMC every year. recently i have moved to my new house and i had some leakage issue in the machine. i have raised my complaint on **th of december and received a SMS from eureka saying that my service request will be attended in **hrs. i called customer care everyday from **th of december they will say we will come and attend the problem as an emergency. But no one came and attend the problem. On **nd my service request was cancelled.
i have raised a new request and asked why my request was cancelled they said "NO idea". Everyday i make a call and raise a request and they are repeatedly saying will come and attend your problem at the earliest. Nothing was happend. Please ask them to return the AMC amount and give compensation for wasting my time and i was upset totally.
