Videocon D2h - Not Activating new plans

Once the new packs n plans were announced for cable operators or d*h service providers, mentioning the deadline of **th Dec ****, I called my d*h service provider i.e. Videocon d*h Customer Care on **th Dec **** at **:** pm, then they told me that still now they aren't having any update abt the change in plans, once they get the instructions they will inform accordingly.
As my existing pack was about to exhaust on **rd of Jan ****, I once again called to videocon d*h and narrated the same. In response they asked me to recharge with the same old pack costing about ₹***, instead of new individual packs that might cost me around ₹*** to ₹*** and they also added that upto next six months I have to use the same old pack instead of the newly announced individual plans.
