I have booked * bus tickets for tonight where the bus boarding timings are around **:**. Since **:** i am trying to cancel the tickets but the cancellation tab is not at all working it keeps on loading and tried calling customer care but didnt receive good response not even good suggestions to cancel the ticket. I have tried till last moment of the bus boarding time.
When i went through the app there are many other details which are in detail. I wondered why only one tab is there for ticket cancellation.
I hope this needs to be addressed.
I deeply regret for this inconvenience.
