Videocon D2h - None of the channels are subscribing after recharge

The Videocon d*h services are not showing any channels on Tv. I tried to call customer care but their number doesn't get connected. Even if call get connected the agent always reply that their system is having a technical issue and they are unable to guide us or advise us anything about the services. Also, their attitude is not good. The terrible part is that I have recharged the package and the balance is getting deducted every day without even availing the services. How come they can charge and take money from us if they are unable to provide services. Whenever our package expires they stop the services immediately and make reminder calls to make payment * times in a day but when they are unable to provide services with their customer call not get connected.
