I HAD PURCHASE SAMSUNG A ** MOBILE PHONE on **.**.**** from FLIPKART.I HAD GONE TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE AT KOLKATA -******, GARIA . THEY HAVE TOLD ME THAT MY DISPLAY SCREEN HAVE BROKEN & YOU HAVE TO PAY RS.****/- . THE MOBILE PHONE HAD NOT FALLEN FROM ME & HOW IT CAN BE BROKEN. YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ALSO DEMAND MONEY FROM ME EARLIER & I HAD TOLD THEM I WILL GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT & AFTER THAT THEY HAD DONE FREE OF COST WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD. CUSTOMERS ARE HARASSED BY YOUR SERVICE CENTRES.PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.
