Alpa parekh filed complaint against Amazon India on Dec 22, 2019
We have bought Samsung m** from Amazon vide order I'd ***-*******-*******. This is an older version of M**S which we came to know immediately on delivery. Without opening the box we request Amazon to either take it in return or replace it with M**s with differential cost being payable by us. But Amazon customer care is not helping nor giving us any exchange. We are a regular and a prime customer of Amazon. This approach is baffling. Can you help us.
