I have made down payment to Byjus of **,***/- during last week of Feb'** for online study for my daughter Anjel. Byjus sent a tab for online class. It was there commitment that in case we are not satisfied, we may cancel within **-** days, so i being dissatisfied canceled on *rd Mar'**. They came to my residence and completed cancellation process. After that they suddenly asked me to send the tab to their Bangalore office. I have incurred nearly *,***/- and sent the tab to Byjus. cancellation ** days ago, despatched and receipt of the tab at Byjus, they are intentionally not refunding down payment amount of *****/-. They have also not stopped loan account and illegally deducted Rs ****/- from my bank account on *th Apr'**.and further
showing no interest to interest no refund this amount.
Every time they repeat the same version, it will take ** - ** days. Why so ? They took just ** minutes
to initiate processing of loan, but at the time of refunding they are giving so many excuses and taking ** days further.
I WANT QUICK REFUND OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY of RS *****/-
You are requested to kindly help.
