I booked a holiday trip and flight via make my trip to Kerala. Just a day after booking floods affected in Kerala. I was about to travel with my wife and an infant and paid ***** rupees to Make my trip for booking confirmation. But when got news of Kerala floods, decided to postpone travel date. Informed the same to MMT team next day to booking itself that I cant take risk right now. In the name of date change, they are demanding **** rupees more which is unethical as I already informed them about my uncertainty due to floods hitting that area. Didn't expect this type of response from MMT and in the end m giving up by not getting refund of advance payment which I gave to them.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
