I wish to formalize the following sequence of events regarding my recent interaction with NoBroker:
I had previously booked an appointment to visit the property located at JR Arcade, Chelekere,Kalyan Nagar,Bangalore. On **th July'**, I visited the property accompanied by NoBroker field executive Mr. Harish. Following the visit, I expressed interest in the property but did not provide any confirmation to Mr. Harish.
Shortly thereafter, Mr. Harish contacted me and arranged a conference call with the owner to discuss further details. Despite the call, I did not confirm my interest either to Mr. Harish or the owner.
Subsequently, Mr. Harish insisted on an immediate payment of Rs. ****/- as a token amount to reserve the property. I requested a two-hour window to make this payment, which was met with persistent calls from both Mr. Harish and Manager Nazia Sultana urged immediate payment. It was emphasized that this amount was refundable, leading me to make the payment post the call with Nazia.
Following this, I received the owner's contact number but was unable to establish communication. Discrepancies arose between the information provided by Mr. Harish, Ms. Nazia, and the owner, leading to dissatisfaction on both sides.
Consequently, the owner and I mutually agreed not to proceed with the arrangement. Upon requesting a refund of the token amount, I am now encountering difficulty in obtaining a proper response from the NoBroker team. Initially, it was conveyed that the amount was refundable, but I am now informed otherwise.
I strongly urge you to initiate the refund of the Rs. ****/- token amount promptly. The current situation, where NoBroker appears to be misguiding both property owners and tenants, is highly concerning and unacceptable.
I await your swift action in resolving this matter.
