Byjus - Non Refund of product paid for Trial period

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue that I have been facing with BYJU's (Think and Learn Private Limited). On December **th, ****, I purchased a **-day trial course from BYJU's for the price of INR *****, which was confirmed by Suyash@BYJUs from the Delhi NCR office on email. However, I requested to cancel the course within the trial period and received a ticket number, TICKET #******* for its tracking. Despite several follow-ups, BYJU's did not respond until February **th, ****, when the BYJU's redressal team replied to my email. Unfortunately, no further action was taken. Finally, a lady from the BYJU's Bangalore cancellation team contacted me and transferred INR * to my SB Bank account to assure me of a future full refund. I was told to expect the refund within ** days, but it has now been more than ** days, and no one from BYJU's is responding to my inquiries. This is unacceptable, especially since my child did not use their service after the trial period. Despite this, BYJU's is still holding my hard-earned money, which I believe is illegal.
