Cleartrip - Non receipt of Refund of flight ticket

SHARMISTA BHATTACHARJEE filed complaint against Cleartrip on May 24, 2022

I have cancelled the air ticket as per Trip ID************ of Cleartrip on March **th **** and had received a message that after processing, it will be credited to my account in * to ** working days.

On *th April **** I received a message from Cleartrip that they had processed the refund of Rs**, *** for flight booking under Trip ID************. The refund amount has been credited to your bank. Your bank will take *-** working days to credit the refund to your account. But I am sorry to say that I have not received the refund of my Guwahati- Chennai flight as on date. I had raised a chargeback through my bank and have raised a goodwill too. But the Company is not responding and is not giving my refund.
