DTDC - Non delivery of consignment

I booked a consignment with DTDC from M/S Rising Sun Logistics PVT Ltd at the gold course road, Gurgaon on **th March,**. It was an auspicious item that was suppose to deliver asap hence I thought of using private courier over speed post. They charge me Rs. ***. for this and confirmed me that it will get delivered in maximum *-* days. But when it was not delivered in another * days as well, I informed to my relatives to check the local office of DTDC in their city where they came to know that consignment has been sent back citing non availability of correct address. Although packet had complete address with PIN code and contact person of receiver as well as sender. Even after getting it back their Gurgaon office did not informed me and kept packet with them. When I reached their office then they look out for the packet which was laying in their drawer. This lost one month of time which is very critical for the cause for which we have been sending this. Despite of all this they asked me to pay charges to send it again. It was really disgusting. They are purely looters and service is pathetic. It is much better to use speed post where they charge Rs.**.** and deliver it responsibly. They even misbehaved when I ask them deliver packet. I simple suggest to refrain services of these cheaters.
