Paritosh Sood filed complaint against Videocon D2h on Feb 22, 2019
I am using an add on connection to my current DTH. I have changed the plan but they changed it on one TV, not on add on tv and started deducting price as per new plan. After talking to customer care regarding same they have no answer on this and simply ask to wait. Its been ** days since waiting but no action till now. Also sent emails but no response at all.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
