Nokia India(hmd Global) - Nokia Unable to provide after sale service the phone

I purchased a Nokia for Rs. *****/-, by being impressed with huge publicity and big brand name on **.**.**** from Hello Brothers Communication, Malviya Nagar Jaipur. contact No. ********** . The Mobile Started giving problems in just * Months after purchase, and GPS Stopped working properly. On **.**.**** The mobile was taken to Nokia authorised Service Centre: Care Solutioins, Sodala Jaipur. Contact No. **********. Jobsheet No. *********/******/***. But even after waiting for * Hours, the service centre was unable to resolve problem, but denied to handover the phone until unless signed on job sheet, in which @nokia have only one option “I am satisfied with the job work carried out on my product”. But for showing my concern to @nokia, I hv written clearly "problem not yet resolved and not satisfied with work. But feedback was not taken seriously and no follow-up was made by nokia. I have also contacted to Nokia Helpline and a lot of Tweets and Direct Msgs sent to Nokia. But even after * months the problem is not yet resolved. And as of now Bluetooth, Data connection is also not working along with the GPS problem. It clearly indicates that Nokia is cheating with customers instead of providing good customer care services.
This has created a lot of disturbances to me and a lot of mental stress I have suffered. I have incurred a lot of expances for this problem
