Nokia Product: Smartphone *.* Plus IMEI: *************** Inovice No.: #SABA*K********** Date of Purchase: **-**-**** Amount Paid: Rs. **,***/- Warranty: Yes Service Center: Rashi Service Center, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh Jobsheet No.: *********/******/*** Date: *-*-**** Grievance: As per above details consumer having some issue in mobile's charging port and had to repair at above service center but they replaced the charging port counterfeit/fake which is confirmed by another Nokia service center. Consumer complained to customer care but no satisfactory response from them. Expectation: I wants to replace the charging port with Original one.
