i was facing charging in my handset,
i went to Nokia Care Center Ghaziabad (Shreejee Enterprises RDC Ghazibad) on **/**/****, i have given my handset them with no scratches, no black spot or white spot on screen. please wait for * hours for resolving the issue.
i reached after * hours there and they handover my phone, when i check my phone i found *-* black and white spot. i told them that what is this. Look the phone screen there are *-* spot on my screen. They said that these dots are come while opening the set (handset open with heat machine) we cannot do anything for this please take your handset.
I take my handset and come.
after * days on **/**/**** my handset screen have many black spots. I went to service center, they told me that they will replace handset screen and it will take around ** days. Today's is over ** days but still they didn't change my handset screen.
Please help me out of this.
