I trusted Nokia again and brought one Nokia *.*Plus on **.**.**** from Jodhpur.
After couple of weeks the phone felt to be lot slow and at times hanged as well(only calling and professional apps installed, no games nothing)
I was managing somehow and then the charging started to raise a concern. Thinking that maybe charger is not working i brought new charger but later realized the contact was not getting properly internally and hence the concern.
So i took it to service centre at jalori gate and to my surprise they asked me to deposit the phone for "** days" for charging jack replacement. I requested them that this being my only phone and i have a touring profile it would be a help in case
they can call me the day parts are received and replacement can be taken up.
But the executive refused stating that there is long queue for this part and I need to deposit it if I need replacement.
Further I contacted Mr Narendra Rathore from Nokia and he assured me help but later no response was received from him as well.
Now i have got fed up of this phone and would replace it at the first possible moment and would never buy again.
Kindly revert on this mail for your conformance of my complaint.
Toll free complaint was also made on **.**.**** - ****** - Exec: Ms Priya but she also said that i need to deposit the device for *-* days. On being asked to revert this in mail in case this is a company policy she refused to this being a company policy but due to parts unavailability.
